Angela Linford
Account Manager
Angela began specializing in transportation projects in 2002. She is skilled at developing and implementing strategies that reach the broad spectrum of publics related to road projects from political leaders, local businesses, to neighborhood groups. Having been a public involvement manager for UDOT Region Two, she understands the critical role that public information and involvement plays for successful projects.
Angela has managed or provided oversight for high profile projects such as Legacy Parkway, I-15 Davis Lane Gain, SR-36 Reconstruction in Tooele, 3500 S. at Bangerter Highway Continuous Flow Intersection Environmental Study and SR-201 Reconstruction in West Valley City.
Angela earned a bachelor's degree in communication from the University of Utah.
